Aquiel's 1st Birthday

This is a week late, but I couldn't figure out how to put it on here as a slide, but I finally figured it out. Aquiel turned 1 yrs old on October 22nd it was pretty low key we pretty much spent most the day home decorating her birthday cake which was tie dye in the inside with Marshmellow Creme which was a mistake to use cause it kept sliding off and we really couldn't decorated it she ended up having a Care Bear on top of it. It wasn't the best looking thing cause of the Marshmellow Creme, but it still look good it's the thought that counts right. Well Aquiel refused to take a nap so she was getting restless and cranky by the time it was time to leave for dinner and fun. We ended up taking her to McDonald's. When our others would turn one we would talk them to McDonald's to get their 1st kids meals we started this tradition with Trennady so it just makes since to do it with the others. So that is what we did with Aquiel and she loved it. Then we took her to Chuck E Cheese for some fun and games. There was a guy there who would play these games win a whole bunch of tickets then throw the in the air for the other kids to get which was nice of him. Then it was back home to sing Happy Birthday and have birthday cake which Aquiel loved she needed a bath by the time she was done. Then it was time for her to open gift then off to bed. I can't believe she is one it's hard to believe it seems like yesturday I was in labor giving birth to her.

Last night we were not paying attention to what Aquiel was doing and her bowl of oatmeal was close to where she could get it and this is the result we got. Oatmeal all over the floor and her I guess she still must of been hungry she just smiled at us. I guess we better not leave things up close where she can get it cause this is what happens.

Vance's Birthday

Wednsday was Vance's birthday we didn't do anything to fancy I made him a nice dinner followed by birthday cake. he loved it here are some pictures of his big day. We rented a couple movies from redbox. He loved his gifts that the kids made him.

Air Show

A couple of weeks ago we went to a Air show in Mt. Home it wasn't my ideal thing I'm just not into those thing. Kids liked it, but got hot and wanted to go home already and they were hungry. We ended up walking around for a bit, but the end of the air show was awesome. Kids got autographs from the pilots. I think next time we go we will go a little later and not when it starts right away cause 4 hrs was to long for the kids, but all in all we had a great time.

Aquiel's 1st Steps

Well today was a great evening. Vance was on his computer and i was talking to him about something and all of a sudden Aquiel was standing which was normal, but she did it quite a bit, but today was special cause she took a couple of steps and i was yelling Vance Vance she's walking she's walking and he looked up to see her take her 1st steps and all night she had been working on it so we had to get some video's of proof that she was actually walking. Oh and to mention she is 10 months and 2 weeks not even a yr yet she was also our earlier crawled now out early walker soon. Wow where did the time go she's not a little baby no more it makes me sad, but at the same time excited.....

Ballet Recital # 3

Today was a busy day for Trennady she had another yr of ballet this will make it 3 yrs in a row that she has been in ballet and she absolutly loves it and still wants to continue doing it and I am proud of her that at a young age she wants to fullfill her dreams. Like about 3 or 4 months ago we went to a ballet recital for the older girls and she's leaned over and said mom they are good I wanna be that good and I told her with time and practice she will be that good she just has to keep doing it and she's like ok mom. Well about a month or 2 ago she told me that she wanted to be a ballet teacher when she grew up told her she will have to strive for what she wants and she is willing to do that. Tonight was their ballet recital and this yr was Cinderella and her class were the Harlequins they were so cute and they did a good job I'm so proud of her.

Her 1st Taste

Some of u may think I'm crazy and some may not or may it don't matter lol. Today was a hot day we took Trennady to her studio ballet reheresal today it was good she did awesome she was one of the 6 that were on time and did their part so well I'm proud of her, but that not the point more on that later. Like i said it was a hot day today so we decided that we would go to the store and get popcicles which the kids enjoyed even Aquiel yes I said it Aquiel had he 1st take of popcicle. Vance was like u want some ice cream Aquiel and I was like are u serious she's little and he's like yeah a taste won't hurt her. So i decided to go along and give her a taste she loved it and didn't want to give it back lol she almost ate half of it, but it doesn't hurt to try lol.

Mother's Day

My kids are so sweet they got me Pink Roses and Pink flowers, my favorite cookies and a card. Trenny Made me a card and a poem with her hand prints on it at school. Deion made me a card and bookmark at school. I'm so blessed to have such loving and wonderfull kids. Vance cooked me a Mother's Day Dinner and it was yummy we finished off with a movie which I fell asleep half way threw must have been tired lol.

Aquiel The Queen

Deion is such a sweet boy tonight when I was feeding Aquiel. Deion comes and puts her teething toy on her head and says Aquiel's a Queen and I go yeah she is. He makes me smile every day. He is very imaginetic and comes up with the cutest stuff it makes me smile everyday.

This past weekend was a great time especially Friday. There were lots of laughs and smile I don't think that I have ever seen my dad so happy in my life to be around the ones he loves. My dad is trying to be a better man he is going to church now and taking lessons from the missionaries which makes me so happy that my dad wants the gospel in his life. He loves his grand kids so much. I'm thankful that my dad wants to be a part of their lives it makes me so happy.

Aquiel in The Walker

We put Aquiel in the walker for the 1st time a few nights ago and she caught on really quick which i thought was amazing beings that she is only 6 months old wow it's hard to believe that I might have a walker soon none of my other kids were this early the all started at a yr and a half. I'm so amazed at all the things Aquiel is learning how to do she is such a fast learner.

Well here u have it Aquiel's 1st feeding of baby food and she's only a week away from turning 6 months. At 1st she didn't know what to think of it, but s she got to eating some more she absoloutly loved it as u can't tell with her tongue sticking out she wanted more and she finished the whole bottle none of my other 2 have even finished the whole bottle the 1st time. She is getting so big 1st rolling over now eating baby food how time has passed

Well I haven't posted for awhile and thought today would be a good day to post. I decided the last night I would capture some pictures and this is what I came up with. Vance was sitting there will baby Aquiel and it was so cute and priceless that they were cuddling together. Then I was like why don't I join the fun and give her a kiss and capture the moment. Oh how I love this little girl as I love Trennady and Deion they have brought so much joy to my life and I thank Heavenly Father everyday for them. Aquiel has grown so much she will be 6 months next friday I can't believe it where did the time go I remember the day she was placed in my arms for the 1st time and now she will be 6 months and eating baby food and not baby cereal anymore wow.

The other night Trennady was being a goof ball she was reading her fluency for school and it hat said something about holding ur nose shut and that people couldn't do it. Trennady was like I can do it and sure enough she could and I thought it was so funny that she actually did it she surprises me sometimes. She is such a spark and gots a sense of humor that will make u laugh.

I noticed this dress sitting in her closet for awhile and was like this is perfect for Valentine's cause all the hearts on it so I had to put it on her and take pictures so I can post them on here later she is getting so big.

Daddy Daughter Date

They had a daddy daughter date at the Nampa Rec Center so I just had to sign Trennady and Vance up for it cause i thought it would be something fun that they would like to do together since they don't get time to have one cause Vance works and goes to school so we don't get to see him much except on the weekends. They had so much fun. I got Trennady all dolled up for her date I did her hair all cute and curl it which never hardly happens cause she has so much hair to work with, but this day was special. She got dressed in her pretty little dress and she was so excited. They got their face painted yup even Vance they made cookies and they danced which Vance hates to dance, but he danced with his daughter which was so sweet. Trennady made a heart bracelet made of candies. She came home so happy and proud that she got and evening with Vance. I can't wait for more things like this to happen that just make my kids light up I love seeing them so happy it make my heart melt.

Aquiel Eating Baby Cereal

Wow still can't believe that Aquiel is old enough to eat cereal yup that right cereal. We gave Aquiel her 1st taste of cereal last month when she turned 3 months and she loved. She ate all her cereal it seemed like in 2 min none of my other 2 have ate all their baby cereal when they were 1st introduced to it. As u can see how much she loved it. she really is a good eater.

This last week and a half has been a busy one for us. Lots of dust and cleaning. After living in our house for almost 3 yrs we haven't really did any remodeling. Well Deion has a tendancy of writing on his sisters walls not his only Trennady's so he room was all writen on with pen, markers, paint, nail polish u name it has done it and it has been like that for about a yr or longer now so I finally got tired of looking at it and told Vance that it needed to get done got the paint and everything. So that what has been going on we decided to do half Rino lining the kind u put in trucks lol (chalkboard paint) u might need a magnify glass to see that one and the other half a purple Trennady picked out and the ceiling a sky blue with clouds and Trennady got to pick the wall boarder out and she chose Littlest Pet Shop. Trennady got to help her dad sand alittle and paint the purple alittle she was so excited about that. I'm suprised her room turned out good she loves it so much. Vance did a great job i think Deion was kinda jealous his room didn't get done, but don't worry his room is next in a few weeks he's excited and he has his colors all picked out and what he wants. Sorry for the late post, but like I say better late than never. For Christmas Trennady got a shirt that says My BFF Rocks and it came with another mini shirt that was basicly for a doll, but she insisted her little sister had to wear it which was pretty much a belly shirt on Aquiel, but it was so cute that I had to get a picture of them wearing the shirt she is so in love with Aquiel and it's so cute how she interacts with her.

Yesturday was a snow day for both Trennady and Deion. I was procastinating all day to shovel the driveway and the sidewalk. The kids had been couped up all day and were getting on each others nerves. They had all the movies they could handle so around 4:30 I decided it was time to go and shovel even though I didn't want to, but knew it needed it. So I got Deion all warmed up in his snow suit which by the way fits him well this yr, but he will need a new one next yr he has wore it for the past 3 yrs. Trennady didn't have a snow suit cause she out grew hers so she just dressed normal. She was cold with in half an hr. I kept coming to check on Aquiel even though my little brother was inside sleeping on the living room floor oh and by the way Aquiel was sleeping I was almost done shoveling the driveway when I came in and Aquiel was crying so I gathered Trenny and Deion in and told them when I calmed Aquiel down and she was asleep then we could go back outside and they could finish their snowman which they were good about and they waited patiently. Well it was about and hr or two later in when she calmed down so we went outside. I told my little brother if she woke up to call me in. so i got the driveway finished and then Aquiel was fussy so when in and took care of her and she just had a bubble so I burped her and soon after that she was asleep and I finished the sidewalk then helped Trenny with her snowman cause she was having issues and Deion was just tumbling in the snow he loved that and the kids had so much fun in the snow. We came in and I made soup for us, but Deion fell asleep before he could get some all that playing must of wore him out all in all it was a happy ending to a good day.

Wow I can't believe that Aquiel is a month old now it seem like just yesturday I was in the deleivery room with her. She has change alot within a month she doesn't look like the fresh newborn. The kids love her Deion always has to touch her hair lol. She loves being cuddled and will not fall asleep unless she had a soft fuzzy blanket up against her face what a girl. I love her so much.

Trennady's Jog A Thon

This is about a month late, but better late than not at all. Trennady did a jog a thon for school on Oct 14th to raise money for her school for new outside toys. She did a good job she was such a good sport and she did 5 laps that is pretty good for a 7 yr old. She is a very active girl and loves the physical stuff.

Aquiel Monique Ali Dayley

Aquiel Monique Ali decided to join us 2 in a half weeks early my due date wasn't till Nov 9th and she was born on Oct 22nd which I wasn't suprised that she came early cause Trennady was 2 weeks early and Deion was 10 days early. Well I had got up and was feeling the Braxton Hicks contraction which was normal started getting ready doing my own thing. Even took the kids to the library for storytime then about 11 am my braxton hicks turned into real contractions and started getting more intense so I started timing them and sure enough they were at a steady pace Vance came home and we got things together and Vance ate and we were like if this is the real deal then we better go walk the block a few times so that is what we did and then we came back home and had to call someone to watch our kids cause my brother was leaving and my friend was not available so we call one of our ward friends and her daughter came over to watch our kids till my brother got home. We went to the hospital and sure enough I was dialeted to a 4 and just the day before when I went to my dr appt I was at a 2 go figure. I had no epidural just Stadel to ease the pain of I was in lala land, but then when I couldn't have no more it was horrid I almost go something close to a epidural, but didn't cause there was no time, but contractions were way horrid that's all I got to say, but she was well worth it to go natural I'm so proud I did it and our babygirl is finally here I couldn't be any happier. Fun at Columbia High

Last week we went to Columbia High for a activity they were having there. I mainly went cause I wanted to get the kids tie dye shirts the kids made tie dye shirts which turned out cute Deion even did his own got it all over the table mainly and specks on me and i was wearing a white shirt, but good thing it was an old shirt. Trenny got her hair sprayed with sparkles then they both got their face painted. They had a musical walk at 1st Deion didn't wanna join until he seen his sister win a Twinkie and he wanted one, but a chocolate cupcake filled with whipped cream so he played that until he one and he was so happy he won. They took pictures and play games then we went outside for the little petting zoo they had and kids had fun it was fun to watch them have fun. Sorry I didn't get much picture, but I will post picture of their tie dye shirts later.

Trennady turned 7 yrs old on Oct 7th. I took cupcakes to her school for her bday. We didn't celebrate her bday as a family till the next day we took her to eat lunch. I can't believe she is 7 already how time flies. She had a bday party on Sat the 9th more pictures on that, but she had a good day.

Vance's Brother & Family Visit

We went to Burley on the 9th cause Vance's brother and his family came in to visit the next day before they headed to Georgia to be stationed with the military and we didn't wanna miss the oppertunity to see them cause this would be our last time we would see them we haven't seen them since Trennady was 3 and Deion was a baby. Which is a long time we had fun visiting Trennady had fun hanging out with Lane's wife which she gave Trenny some earrings that was nice of her. We had a good Sunday dinner we ended up leaving Sunday at 7 to head home.

We went to Burley for the 4th it was alittle cold, but it wasn't to bad we got to see friends and have a good dinner with Trennady's old babysitter and a friend of the family from our old ward in Rupert. It was fun we ended up leaving that Monday cause we didn't wanna drive home late the night before

Last Day of Pre-school

On the last day of pre-school we decided to go the zoo. We had so much fun especially the kids did. I think Deion's favorite part was the truck thing and the slide he like the animals to. Trenny wasn't in pre-school, but she was no longer in school so she came along she loved it and she got along with the kids.

Class Reunion

I went to my class reunion on June 25th and 26th. It was ok ppl were still the same as they were in high school they had their clicks still some ppl were cool over all it was a great experience can't wait for another 10 yrs it was nice to see friend I haven't seen since high school.

The 1st day it got hot we let the kids get wet and they loved it cause Trennady has been asking to get wet since April so she was excited she could finally get wet.

Fishing Day

We took the kids fishing when it was all day fishing without a fishing license for 12 and up. The kids had fun I had to run home for a bit and when I came back vance said that Deion had caught a fish which he was excited about, the day before Deion got a new spiderman fishing pool just to go fishing they had alot of fun.

Trennady Kindergarten Graduation

Trennady had her kindergarten graduation June 4th it was a exciting day. The songs they sang were so cute they made me cry i can't believe I will have a 1st grader next yr. We found out at the end of last month that her teacher will not be teaching at her school next yr. Trennady loved her and she loved Trennady.

It's better late than never i was having trouble downloading my pictures onto my computer cause my SD micro slot would not work well it finally worked today. These pictures were taken back at the HealthFest we went to a few months ago the kids had fun we tried to put Deion on the pony, but he just freaked out. Other than that they had fun.

Trennady's Dance Recital

Tonight Trennady had her dance recital. This yr they did Swan Lake and all the dancers did an awesome job in all the classes. Trennady was not nervous on the stage she did a wonderful job I'm so proud of her she was so confident in her dancing she did an amazing job. She got an award for perfect attendance which I'm so proud of that she had the opportunity to be commited to it. She says she wants to continue with her dance next yr so next yr we will be doing this again I'm glad that she wants to continue with this and love ballet that much and is not tired of it yet. Sorry about some of the blurry pictures couldn't have the flash on and sorry for some cut off heads this is a new camera so i'm getting use to it so it's new. Yeah I know there is alot of picturs.

Walk around the neighborhood

We decided to go on a walk about a week ago the weather was nice and decided to go take a walk it was nice and yes are cat follows us everytime we go for walks he's a goof. While we were on our walk our cat intimated some dogs that were inside their house and the dog started barking and the owner was outside working on his yard and seen what was going on and started to shoe our cat away it was pretty funny.

On Monday for FHE we decided to make it a fun event we made cinnamon rolls yup I know I'm not in the pictures and it looks like my husband and the kids did all the work, but I promise that i did help. The kids had fun as u can tell and the cinnamon rolls tasted yummy.

Trenny's Dance Rehersal

Yesturday we went to Trennady's dance rehersal her recital is coming up next Saturday so they were having a rehersal yesturday with all the ballet classes to know when their parts will be taken. Trennady is the Kinderdance/Preclassical 1. They are doing the Swan Lake this year and Trennady's group is called the Hungarian Dance. I was very suprised and amazed with Trennady she did an amazing

job she followed the instructions well did not goof around like she does in class all the girls did good except for 1 of them she does not follow the lead at all and another girl got side track, but all in all the girls did such a good job. Can't wait till next Saturday to actually see her perform with her dancing dress.

Powder Incident

This is alittle late, but better late than not at all. Last Sunday we were watching a movie after we got home from church. Vance and I got pretty tired and fell asleep which was a bad idea. Trennady and Deion were playing fine jumping around and being good in her room until Trennady came out and said where is Deion dad and Vance said idk he's around the house somewhere go look for him. so she continued to look for him and I guess she couldn't find him so she woke Vance up again and said mom dad I can't find him anywhere so Vance told her look again so she did and found him in our bathroom to this and screamed mom dad come here see what Deion did so Vance got up and looked at what he did and said hunny come here and I said what and he said just come here and I walked in to this he had baby powder all over the bathroom floor and the clothes in the bathroom and alittle on our bedroom carpet. I was like Oh and he ran. So had to post this. Never fall asleep with a 3 yr old running around or this will happen.... :)

Good Reunion

Last weekend was a great weekend we went to Burley on New Years Eve to drop off my brother's we spend new yrs eve with Vance's parents which was nice to chat with them. Trennady got invited to spend new yrs eve at her cousin's house just down the road from Vance's parents to play the Wii the had got for Christmas till New Yrs and we went back to Vance's parents so we could chat with them before we left to Blackfoot the next day. New Years Day came and we got ready to leave to Blackfoot a day that I had been waiting for 3 months was finally here and i was so happy. We left around noon to one when we left it was raining as we drove the freeway half way out of Burley it was snowing and the road were ugly we thought we were going to have to turn around and come back to Burley and I wouldn't see my good friend who i haven't seen in over 9 yrs, but that didn't happen the roads cleared up and we drove to Blackfoot to my friend Brandy's inlaws where she was visiting for the holiday's from Oklahoma where she is from cause her husband is in the military. It was nice seeing her we had a nice dinner and i got to meet her inlaws which they are good ppl. I enjoyed my time in blackfoot even though it was for a day. I sure missed her and am glad that we picked up right were we left off after nine yrs who would of thought that I would find her on facebook i know i never did, but glad I did. I can't wait till we see each other again. Then on Saturday we left back to Burley it was hard saying good bye to her. We visited with friends and family in Burley before we came back home that same night. The picture of Trennady and Mary was a good one this is Trennady's babysitter from when we lived in Rupert Trennady just loved her so much and it is nice to get to see her every once in awhile when we go back to Burley we miss her alot.

A Day In The Snow

I know it is like a few weeks late, but like they say better late than never. We had a really good Christmas my 2 brothers came up and spent Christmas with us it was really nice. We opened presents and had a nice dinner and just lounged around all day.

We put our Christmas tree and lights on the window on saturday we were going to do it on monday for FHE, but i just couldn't wait. We had Christmas music playing which was quite nice and had fun putting up the christmas tree and lights. Yesturday vance put up our Christmas houses up on the cubboard sorry I don't have picture which they look quite nice. This coming saturday we will be putting up Christmas lights outside it will be our 1st yr doing it I will post pictures as soon as i do it.

Well this weekend that past and this week was such a wonderful week that we have ever experienced. We drove to Burley, ID on friday and were there till Monday morning. On Monday morning we left to drive all the way to Manti, UT to get sealed in the Manti Temple. We woke up Tuesday morning to get ready and it was great getting in the Manti Temple it was a wonderful experience that we got to do We got sealed as one to our children it was such a great experience and anniversay that we got to get sealed it was one of the best anniversary's that I will never forget and I'm gratefull we got to get sealed for time and eternaty. I'm also thankful that Vance's family could be apart of this wonderful experience I'm also thankful that brother Jensen could be part of our wonderful experience. I now feel like I'm whole it was beautiful my children looked like angels in their white clothing. I'm so blessed.

Trick or Treat & carving Pumpkins

On Friday night we decided to carve our pumpkins. this yr I helped out alot and Deion even took all the gross stuff out thanks to the gloves without them he would of not did it he had so much fun carving his pumpkin. Trennady carved a spider pumpkin Vance had to help her with the eyes cause they were delicate other than that she carved it out on her own and she had so much fun doing. I did Deion's big one which was a Bugaboo it was fun, but kinda hard to carve cause the pumpkin was so thick. Vance did a scary monster type pumpkin and mine was a Bat it was fun doing it even though me and Vance didn't get to bed till 3 am cause we were carving our pumpkins. Trennady and Deion went to bed at 11 pm when they were done. The next day on Saturday which was Halloween also we got up and got things together decorated the house since we didn't get to decorate the night before instead of putting our pumpkins outside we put them in Deion's room with lights so u could see them outside. Trennady was a white kitty cat and Deion was a ninja, Vance was a construction worker and I was suppose to be a Mummy type girl, but it looked more like a spider type girl so I'll go with that instead. We went to the ward dinner/trunk or treat it was fun seeing all the costumes and ideas. After trunk or treat we went with some friend trick or treating that was so much fun getting out with friends and hanging out then we came home and did some more trick or treating around the neighborhood before we came home. Then we came home and checked the kids candies and got the kids in bed. Me I fell asleep watching a show so Vance got me up and told me to go to bed so i did it was a fun exasting day.

Halloween Cupcakes & Cookies

On Friday my friend & I decided to have a fun day at my house and decided to make Halloween cookies and cupcakes. Which turned out to be a success the kids enjoyed it and had so much fun decorating their cupcakes. We didn't have time to put the frosting on the cookies cause I had to leave, but that was ok the kids didn't mind they had so much fun anyways. My friend and I decided to have more fun times like this with our kids cause we had so much fun doing it. Even Deion enjoyed it I think he like eating the cupcakes more than decorating them though.

Trennady's 6th Bday Party

Trennady had her birthday party on Saturday it was a huge success and turned out well. We had pizza, cake and ice cream. The kids played games and had tons of fun. Trennady had tons of friends come from school and church. Trennady opened presents and loved all her gifts so thank you everyone for the wonderful gifts she has been playing with all of them since she got them. What a girly girl I'm so greatful for Trennady and the wonderful little girl she has become she is a bright girl, smart as well and a beautiful girl. I'm like wow how can I have a 6 yr old already it is crazy I remember when she was just little i love her so much.

Wow my babygirl is 6 already where did the time go. I remember like it was yesturday when she was born and I was holding her in my arms for the 1st time. The time has gone by fast. She had a good birthday overall I took cupcakes to her class for her birthday and she loved that. she had a good dinner with her favorite foods Chicken strips and mashed potatoes. Then we sang Happy Birthday to her after dinner and she opened her gift and we watched her new movie she got Barbie Muskateers. She loved it.

Trennady's 1st Day of Kindergarten

Yesturday was open house for Trennady at school she was a bit nervous then, but today was her actual 1st day of kindergarten and she did awesome she obeyed the teacher's instructions and listened very well. She also made a new friend named Miah she is one that makes friends easy and I think she will do well in kindergarten. Today was a shorten day from 8:25 am to 9:40 am, but tomorrow she will go the full half day from 8:25 am to 11:15 am. Tomorrow she will get to ride the big yellow bus which stops in front of our house which is nice cause I can stand out there with her. Trennady is grown up on me so fast. She will be 6 yrs old in Oct wow.

Deion's 3rd Birthday

On Wednsday the 5th we decide to throw Deion alittle birthday party for him. We took him to Walmart to get some car's with his birthday money his grandma gave him he liked that. Then we went to the Lakeview Swimming Pool so they could get wet it was our 1st time there and Deion had so much fun and so did Trennady she was brave enough to go on the slide. They had fun splashing they didn't even want to leave, but we told them we had to cause we had to go get dinner. After the pool we took Deion to Sizzler's him and Trennady had free kids meals that they got from their Summer Reading Program at the library so we thought what better thing to do and take him to eat at Sizzlers so we ate and when we were done we told them that it was Deion's Birthday and they gave him a free Rootbeer Float that he loved and he got mad when someone would take it away. After Sizzler's we went home and waited awhile to have Birthday cake. So we sang Happy Birthday and had cake. Well he didn't get his bike till this morning cause unfortuntly Vance didn't finsh his bike on his birthday so he ended up getting it this morning and he absolutly loved it. He had a good birthday.

Deion's Birthday Party

We had a birthday party for Deion on Saturday it was alot of fun. He doesn't turn 3 till Wed the 5th. We had a Car's cupcake cake it was easy and simple and we had individual ice creams easy and convienet and the kids enjoyed. Then all the kids and Deion got wet in the swimming pool and sprinklers at one point I think there were about 10 kids in a kiddie pool. they had fun and enjoyed getting wet for about an hr I think then afterwards Deion opened up all his gifts from everyone he enjoyed them and was happy with them. At first I don't think he knew what was going on and why everyone was at our house I think he realized the party was for him when we sang Happy Birthday to him and he got a cupcake and he got to open up his gifts. For the 4th this year we decided to celebrate it in Nampa instead of going to Burley. We went to the parade in Boise and it was different, but ok I like the heritage part of it and where they played the bag pipes it was really cool. Oh and the part where the fire fighters hooked the hose up so that the ppl could cool down it was fun my daughter enjoyed it. we came back home and had a little BBQ with just us and Vance and the kids went swimming in the pool they had a blast. After that we fell asleep for a bit watching Happy Feet except Trennady she stayed up then we woke up ate dinner and then headed to Melba to go see the fireworks they were awesome I loved them I think they were better that Burley where I am from we loved them we came home afterward to light our own fireworks that we got for the kids. Deion was scared of them and wouldn't go near them and at the firework show in melba he sat on my lap the whole time so we had a nice 4th.

On friday we woke up kinda early and got ready for our day. We went to Ann Morrison to have a picnic then afterwards we decided to go on a paddle boat ride it was pretty fun for our 1st time riding them. Then after we went to Settler Park again so the kids could get wet they had a blast getting wet played on the isrument toys it was pretty cool then we were off to dinner which was amazing. After dinner we went back to Settler Park to watch a movie the movie was ok, but we just had fun hanging out together.

This Saturday we decided to have a fun day. We had lots of fun 1st we went to the Library so the kids could get their prize for the summer reading program they are in the got a toy and got a coupon to get a treat at Outback Steakhouse then we went to the Nature place in boise and saw different fishes and butterflies and other fun stuff then after that we went to Settler Park so the kids could get wet they had tons of fun there we let them play for about an hour. Then we went out to eat at pizza hut soon after that we took them to Outback to get their treat it look so good Deion had these big eyes like wow this is for me and he was like yum yum and when he tasted it he was mmmm mmmm cause it was so good I even tried it and it was good me and vance ordered a slice of cake it was big but good if we would of known that the kids were going to be to much for them to handle we wouldn't have ordered anything and just shared with them, but that's ok. Then we went to Woohooz, just to check it out, but we didn't play anything we just looked it out we wanted to see what it was about, but we plan on going their sometime next month to go to Roaring Springs and Woohooz. There were these nice couple who gave my son some tickets to get a prize it was so kind of them. Then we headed home we plan on making our weekends more like this one.

Movie Night at Settler Park

Last night we went to Settler Park in Meridian to go watch Space Chimps on a blow up screen it was pretty fun there where lots of people there. It was a bit chilly but good thing we had blankets to keep us warm before the movie started they had activities for the kids to do. We had forgot our snacks, but the had consesion stands there which weren't a bad price, but next time I think we will bring our own. This was our 1st time going and it was lots of fun. We will go next week I think.

Our Trip To Tillamook, OR

For my birthday this yr we decided to take a road trip to Oregon at 1st we weren't quite sure where we wanted to go in Oregon all we knew is we wanted to be by the Coast. Our 1st chose was Coos Bay, Oregon until we seen that it would be cold and rainy so we rethought our chose and we came to the conclusion we wanted to go to Tillamook, Oregon where they made the Tillamook cheese so that is what we did. We left Saturday morning at like 8 am we were going to leave at 5 am, but that didn't happen cause we were to busy packing the night before and didn't get to bed till like 2 am which was ok. So we were on our way we saw alot of things on the way, but really didn't stop cause we wanted to get there before it got to late to set up camp. We stopped in The Dalles, Oregon and saw a ship boat it was cool looking and the kids got off and played at the park for a bit. We got to Tillamook, Oregon and stayed at Cape Lookout State Park for 3 days and camped out it was nice they had showers there. The day we got there we set up our tents and put our foil dinners in the camp fire ate then went to bed. I was suprised Deion did well for his 1st day and 1st time camping I was so proud of him. It was beautiful the ocean was prefect the kids loved it we built sand castles the next day we were there and deion loved the ocean water we went to go get our feet wet and the waves got him and knocked him down and almost wasted him away good thing I caught his arm, but he still loved it he started laughing and Trennady loved it to then when we were done at the beach we went to go check out the Tillamook Cheese Factory it was fun and awesome we got to try different kinds of cheese it was yummy and then we got to taste ice cream it was also really good after we were done there we went to the campsite and had dinner and sat around the camp fire. the next day on Monday for my birthday we had a good breakfast then went to the beach build more sand castles got wet until I got bit by something nothing big just a pinch is all then we went back to the campsite and left to the Tillamook Cheese Factory again tried more cheese took pictures bought some smoked cheese, garlic cheddar cheese, garlic chili pepper cheese and black peppered cheese which all are very yummy bought different kinds of honey that come in pixie sticks they are good to. Got some ice cream. Then we left and went to another cheese factory their cheeses were good to and they had some good jam. Then we went back to the campsite and flew a kite and sat on the beach till the sun went down our kids had so much fun we ate, had cake and went to bed. On Tuesday we broke down camp and checked out the Air Musum and then the Tillamook Cheese Factory for the 3rd time lol. Then we headed out on our way and checked out the Multnomah Falls on the way home they were beautiful falls I loved them and so did the kids Trennady didn't like the fact that we were so far up. We left and continued on our journey home we stopped in The Dalles and had dinner at the same park and left home we got home at like 5 am this morning. We had a wonderful trip it was the best birthday ever.

Braids, Braids, Braids Fun

This is the 1st time in 4 yr that I have done braids in Trennady's hair. The last time I did them she was about 1 in a half and that took me 3 to 4 days cause she would not sit still and had much longer hair. This time it didn't take that long I finished it in 1 day I did it yesturday I started at like 1pm & went till like 2pm took a break & started back at 5pm & finished up about 6:30pm it turned out to be a success. i wanted to get it done before we went on our trip tomorrow to Oregon so I wouldn't have to deal with her hair since we will be camping for 4 days. When i was done she's like mommy I like it leave it in and she thanked me so I'm glad that she liked it that makes me happy.

Scrapbooking Daze

This morning I woke up early getting ready to go visiting teaching, but then i got a call from my companion saying that she canceled the visits cause she came down with the cold which was not good that she is sick so I hope u get better soon Jana. Well I had nothing to do or planned so all of a sudden I got the urge to do some scrapbooking whiched worked out in the end. So I ended up scrapbooking my daughter scrapbook that I started when she was born, but never finished so I started on that so I got alot of it done today until i ran out of glue sticked I used both of them, but to begin with they didn't have that much in them so looks like I need to buy so more to finish her scrapbook and there is alot more pictures to put in it cause we have taken more pictures since then and after I'm done I have to make Deion one, but i think after I use up all the scrapbooking paper in her's I think with the rest of the pictures I will make a digital scrapbook I like it better than cutting I seen the one Jen made a few months back and it looked great so i think I will do that.

Gum Disaster

Yesturday night Trennady was chewing gum. When I guess it came out of her month guess she was goofing around with my brother with gum in her month and it fell out of her mouth into her hair. I seen it and was like we have to cut ur hair and went to grab the sissors. She was terified and said "No mommy I don't want my hair cut I want it long" I told her that she had gum in her hair and that we had to cut it out and she said no and she was crying and everything. Then i told her we don't have to cut ur hair we have peanut butter to take it out some of u are probably wondering peanut butter to take gum out, but as a matter of fact it works u put it on the parts that have gum and rub it in and then comb it out with a comb and it takes it out it takes about 2 minutes to do. She was one happy camper after that cause she has waited for so long for her hair to grow and now she doesn't wanna cut it which is good.

Trennady's Dance Recital

Tonight was Trennady's dance recital she was so excited as we were to and the exciting part for her was the fact that she got to wear make-up. I was like what u get to wear make-up u are growing on me and she just looked at me and said oh mom and shock her head. Well I did figure the bun well I knew how to do a bun the part I didn't know how to do was put it into a hair net, but I figured it out and it turned out to be pretty easy. Well she was a kitten for her dance recital as u can tell. Her part wasn't tell about the end, but she did well for her first time. She was alittle nervous up there cause there where tons of ppl watching them, but over all she did well I'm so very proud of her. She told me that she wants to be in ballet again so we will be putting her in next quarter. If anyone is looking for a good ballet school I would reccommend the one Trennady is in yes it is in Boise, but the instructor is good. I looked around all over and found this one and I loved it. It is called Capital City Ballet it is behind Walmart on Overland.

Olive Fingers

The other night at dinner time we had some olives for dinner and Trennady put them on her fingers so Deion saw her do it and had to put them on his fingers as well i thought it was cute. They both love their veggies which is good. I had to convience Vance to put some olives on his fingers at first he didn't want to, but eventually he did. Our Garden

Today my husband decided that he was going to make a garden. Yeah I know it's kinda late making. Well they got all the stuff together to make it my daughter even helped she had so much fun doing it. This is the 1st time ever that we have had a garden so I hope it all turns out well and all our stuff taste well. My husband, Trennady and my little brother planted tomatoes, cucumber, corn, carrots, watermelon, and canalopes it's a start oh and we are going to plant green beans and lettuce. So I hope that it all turns out good.

Day At The Gym

Last week we went to the gym to work out. When I arrived at the gym the had a big bouncy thing outside for the kids I was like what is going on when I went inside there where all these Hawaiian things all over and all the workers there where dressed in Hawaiian outfits which was cool. I took Trennady to the daycare and the lady was like if u want ur daughter to go on the bouncer u need to highlight her name I was like ok so I highlighted her name. Then went in to wait for Vance and was like what's going on and then I was like oh yeah it's one of their themes they throw every month. Vance was like where suppose to be here to workout not eat they brought in a cater. Well we went to workout and did all the things we usually do, but I have to admit the food smelled so good so afterwards I waited for Vance to get dressed and then he went to get Trennady and this is what she looked like I thought it was cute they did a good job. We ate before we went home and the food was good it was from some place called Texas something can't remember. Our son didn't get to go cause when I picked up Trennady from school I came back and he was passed out on the couch so I left him with my little brother and then when I got home he was still asleep, but Trennady had fun at the gym.

Cleaning Monday's

Today was cleaning day I mean major cleaning day. Not just picking up and calling it good I mean mopping,sweeping, vacuming and clean the toilet yup that kind of cleaning. Since I started my reward chart it has been successfull in getting the kids involved in chores so I split the chores in half between the kids from easy to hard and make it fun for them and they enjoy helping even my 2 yr old loves it. Well I forgot to mention my daughter enjoys it sometimes for the most part she does, but all of u who have a 5 yr old knows how that is to try and get your kids to do chores at that age without a reward. Well the think is she knows if she does her chores she gets tickets and if she gets a certain amount of tickets she gets to do what she wants or even redeem them for prizes same goes for my son even though he's still young he understands what the tickets are he gets to put them in his picture it is fun to see them. Well today I wanted to take some picture of them doing their chores and how they enjoyed doing them when it was time to put the vacume up Deion didn't want to he still wanted to vacume and Trennady she was done mopping and wanted to get to her next chore, get dressed and get ready to play what she wanted. She emptied out the dishwasher and put all the dishes in the dishwasher all by herself with no help usually she wants help today she did want help but she knew I was busy sweeping the floor so she did it all by herself what a big girl. Oh and by the way no my son did not vacume the whole living room by himself I had the big vacume and vacumed it all up. It is so nice when they help cause it makes my day easier that I don't have to do as much and I can relax and play with them at the same time. By the way that is my brother in the background not me just sitting doing nothing lol.

Easter

Well we had a fun Easter. We went to Burley for Easter and stayed with Vance's parents. it was great. On Sturday when we got there they had a suprised Birthday party for my aunt who lives in Utah now, but she also came down for the weekend it was great got to see my baby cousin who it 8 months old it wa wonderfull she looks exactly like my daughter when she was little. On Sunday we woke up early to go to our old ward we didn't wake up early enough cause we were half an hour late well tecnically Deion was fighting us to get dressed he didn't want to wear his new easter outfit which was so cute he only hadit on for 5 minutes and had an accident good thing I had a back-up. We finally made it to church. Oh I forgot to mention that Deion and Trennady had their Easter baskets waiting for them when they woke up so it was fun and great. After church well after sacrament we left back to Vance's parents house cause we didn't want to miss them cause their church start at 1230 so we went back to their house and had a nce lunch ad visited with them fo awhile then we went to my mom's house and the kids got another Easter Basket from my mom and my grandma which was nice. Then we headed ack home it was a long drive.

Well a few weeks ago we decided to ride our bike with the bike carrier to the park for a picnic. At first I was hesitant to ride clear to the park cause of the traffic, but I agreed to go and it was just fine we made it there safely. We let the kids play for awhile before we ate or food w brought it was fun they loved it. Alittle before we ate this man showed up with his little daughter who was like 11 months to a yeari believe and his son. Well the little girl was not afraid to go down the slide I thought that as pretty cool she was a brave girl there was one time he had to race to the slide so she would not fall and boy was he fast he had thought she was going to go on the other slide I thought it was cool so I thought I would share. Well we got done playing and had our picnic it was fun the kids ate except Deion which isn't a big eater when it comes to the park. Well they got done eating so we et Trennady ride her scooter before we rode back home and she even let Deion ride it towards the end so I had to take these pictures of him cause I thought it wasneat he had to put all her gear on. We had fu at the park and can't wait till it gets warmer so we can do plenty of fun things outdoors.

Sick Deion

It started on Tuesday night after we got home from the gym that my son got sick with a bad barking cough and a fever that made him vomit poor guy. I did what every mother should do I got him in the bath tub to keep his tempature from rising and gave him tylenol, but before I took him a bath and gave him tylenol his tempature was 101.2 oh my poor boy. After the bath he started feeling alittle better he was just mopping around and soon feel asleep. The next day on Wednsday he was still sick and not feeling well so I called the doctor and they got him in the same day. The doctor said he was fine his lungs looked good and his ears were good and that if he got worse by Monday to bring him in and he gave me some over the counter medicine called Delsym for his cough which has been working great then on Thursday or Friday night he got the cold in his eyes as u can tell in the above picture I felt bad for him. He has been mopping since Tuesday and just wanting to be left alone. Then on Sunday morning he started to feel better which was great he didn't have a bad barking cough it turned into a minor cough so he was his self again and I'm glad he got over it his cough should be gone in a couple of days I hope this is the worse he has gotten sick.

Trennady & The Computer

Well I finally got my camera fixed last night thanks to my husband. I was so happy to have it fixed that I started taking picture this afternoon. Ok here we go with my story wonderful. Well at the beginning of the school year even though my daughter is only in pre-school. I let her get on the computer one time she painted online and played a couple of games. Well I haven't let her on the computer since then I was kinda hesitant she's only 5 yrs old, but I know she is smart to use it. So she kept asking me to get on and I kept telling her no some other time. Well about 3 days ago I finally let her on she loved the fact that she could get on she played dress up online and coloring which she loved. The 1st day she was on for 2 hrs which was ok the 2nd day she was one for 4 hrs wow she had so much fun playing she did not wanna get off, but I told her she could get back on tomorrow and she was ok with that. So now she is constently wanna to be on the computer. My husband had to hook up his laptop so that I could have my computer back I haven't been able to get on it really till late for about 3 days so now she can get on the computer to thanks to Vance for hooking up his laptop.

I took some random picture of my kids. My little man was posing for the camera and i thought it was cute how he was doing it. Trenny was cuddling with her kitten and I thought it was cute the both of them looking at the camera was such darling. We were getting ready for church on Sunday and i just had to take a picture of Deion in his new church clothes he looked so cute all dressed up. A couple of weeks ago Trennady and her daddy fell asleep in our bed watching a movie and I thought it was so precious even though I had to sleep on the couch cause they took up the whole bed not leaving me room to sleep and I didn't wanna pick her up cause she is way heavy when she is sleeping so I just left her and ended up sleeping on the couch.

We had went to Walmart this night and both my kids got Walmart stickers so when we got home Deion and Trenny didn't want theirs anymore so Vance got the idea to put them on his eye he is silly and a kid at heart. The kids where having so much fun at 1st Deion didn't wanna go down the slides, but as soon as I put him down to go he was fine with it. It was such a beautiful day today. The had so much fun playing I think Deion's favorite part was the swing. Trenny was sad that we had to leave. We just enjoyed it so much.
